Underwriter
Underwriters analyze and evaluate a borrower’s credit history, the underlying collateral, and the borrower’s capacity to repay the loan.
Processor
Processors act as the liaison between the lender and the borrower, assisting and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process.
Closer
Closers coordinate all aspects of the closing process, including assembling, preparing, and validating closing documents.
Post-Closer
Post-Closer assists lenders by reviewing loan documents for compliance, completeness, and accuracy.
The Post-Closer obtains missing information, prepares loan files for delivery to the investor, and performs other tasks as required.
